Perdida de tiempo, gastos, permisos en los trabajos. Muy mal. Sino especifican algo deberían tener cierta accesibilidad pero no. En fin. Cita de 8:30 atendida 11:00, luego casi dos horas más para la fotografía y de ahí te dicen que te entregan pasaporte de entre 30-40min … para nada fueron 2 horas!!! Y tuvimos suerte porque a otros les dijeron que no iba a estar listo y que volviera al día siguiente!! PÉSIMO servicio en verdad salimos 14:30h de ahí. Fueron 6 horas desde que llegamos. Llegué 15 min. antes, me formaron y tomaron la temperatura, alcohol gel en manos y pasé a un módulo, donde revisaron acta de nacimiento certificada, tienes que pedirla en el registro civil, la que es para pasaporte va firmada por el Director General del registro civil del Estado de Morelos, Checa bien eso. Para que no te la rechacen. Entregué fotocopia de mi INE y la original, y el pago del pasaporte original. Pasé a ventanilla 5, luego me llamaron a preregistro, me hicieron preguntas de datos personales porque es primera vez, me pasaron a captura, tomaron huellas, escaneo del iris, firma digital y foto. Luego esperé a que me lo entregarán. Se quedaron con el acta de nacimiento y el pago original. Entré 8:30 y salí a las 9:10hrs aprox. Te deseo éxito. My procedure was very fast, I was surprised. Se tardan entre 1 y 2 horas con todo el proceso y al final te entregan el pasaporte. Procuren ir con tiempo y con todos los documentos que piden, así no tienen que volver otro día. Estaría mejor que ampliaran el lugar, llega mucha gente y a veces no caben tantos. Por eso le doy 4 estrellas. R	Rosario Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui en lunes, mi cita era a las 12:20 pero me revisaron mis papeles a las 11:57, todo fue muy rápido, solo me regresaron a sacar copia de mi INE en blanco y negro, adentro todos muy amables, termine saliendo a las 1:08, me pareció buen servicio excepto por la señora que toma la temperatura, me hizo echarme gel 4 veces porque no avanzaba la fila y se me hizo un poco grosera por eso 4 estrellas.
