S	Stefania Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente no supe el nombre de las personas que se portaron muy groseras, pero son los 2 hombres en la entrada que "atienden", 1 (moreno pelon) literalmente me ignoro y el otro me dio información de mala gana, al final no pude hacer correctamente mi tramite y gaste dinero y tiempo, para acabarla ya no habia citas por lo que tuve que irme hasta Guadalajara donde afortunadamente si se tiene un excelente trato y servicio y en el mismo día (a pesar de que habia mucha gente) me dieron mi Pasaporte, por este tipo de personas, Tepic sigue muy mal, ojala las oficinas hagan algo al respecto. i	ismael gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio , el dìa de hoy estuve realizando cita para la renovacion de mi hijo y el licenciado Manuel , una persona muy atenta y fina nos explicò el problema por el cual no procediò el tràmite, lamentablemente recurrimos con una gestora que nos cobrò 300 por cita, perdimos 900 pesos por los errores que hizo la gestora de nombre Española en la ciudad de Tuxpan, el lic nos indicò que el tramite es gratuito, nos explico como hacer la cita por internet muy amable nos anotò todo, quede muy satisfecho.
