Llevé toda la documentación que me requirió la SRE desde la página de Internet y todo fue muy ágil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La oficina se encuentra ubicada dentro de la plaza comercial en el Sótano 2 (S2), les recomiendo llevar su curp ya que lo solicitan para los trámites, la ventaja es que hay un Office en la PB, la atención en esta oficina de la SRE está muy bien, el servicio es bueno y son amables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a la SRE a realizar un trámite de tu PASAPORTE la entrada es por la Calle Virginia, no por Miguel Ángel de Quevedo, es decir a lado de la Casa de Toño. Entras a la plaza y a la derecha vas hacia los elevadores, bajas al sótano 2 (S2) y a la derecha están las oficinas hasta el fondo. La entrada es en frente del estacionamiento E2.
Las instalaciones son muy buenas, limpias, amplias, frescas y el personal es muy amable. El trámite de pasaporte varía por la cantidad de gente, pero normalmente lleva 30-40 minutos.
If you go to the SRE to process your PASSPORT, the entrance is through Virginia Street, not through Miguel Ángel de Quevedo, that is, next to the Casa de Toño. You enter the square and to the right you go towards the elevators, go down to basement 2 (S2) and to the right are the offices to the bottom. The entrance is in front of parking lot E2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ni siquiera llevan un orden en cuanto a la llegada de las personas, las va atendiendo como se les va dando la gana. Si van a hacer un tramite aquí estén conscientes de perder todo el día porque la atención es fatal.
Terrible service, they don't even keep an order regarding the arrival of people, they attend to them as they please. If you are going to do a paperwork here, be aware of wasting all day because the attention is fatal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Específicamente la experiencia con una de las trabajadoras fue horrible. Grosera, pidiendo documentos que NO solicitaban en la página, mandona y regañona. Además que no dejaba su celular mientras me atendía hostilmente.

Y lleven su CURP , acta de nacimiento , copia del pasaporte ( si es renovación), ficha de datos y hoja de cita impresa ya que de lo contrario sospechosamente te mandan a sacar copias y documentos faltantes al office depot . Más de dos horas para realizar el trámite !!! Me tocó una persona de biométrico que estaba vendiendo dulces a sus compañeros mientras me atendía y tomaba mis datos , muy poco profesional por parte de esta persona . El estacionamiento de $25.00 la hora .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente sin ningún tipo de conciencia, citan desde las 8 piden que uno este temprano pero no atienden hasta que terminan de desayunar casi media hora mas tarde los vigilantes super despotas y la encargada del lugar elitista y son educacion alguna enndonde quedan nuestros impuestos y derechos como ciudadanos si no recibimos un trato justo y amable minimo un poco de educacion
People without any kind of conscience, they make an appointment from 8 o'clock, they ask that one be early but they don't answer until they finish breakfast almost half an hour later, the super despotic vigilantes and the one in charge of the elitist place and they are not educated where our taxes and rights are citizens if we do not receive a fair and friendly treatment at least a little education
