★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal servicio de atencion.vas haces el tramite y te dan un numero que es el que aparece en la pagina,para marcar para ver si ya esta tu pasaporte y en toda la semana nada mas no contestan.
very bad service of atencion.vas you do the paperwork and they give you a number that is the one that appears on the page, to mark to see if your passport is already there and in the whole week they just don't answer.

Good attention, helpful, very friendly but they give you a number to know if your passport has arrived and they never answer! I have 1 week calling.
