★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, mucha gente esperando para ser atendida en el trámite de pasaporte mexicano, se tardaron horas para poder tomar la foto ya que se cayó el sistema y a las 4 apenas los de la cita de las 10 am se pudieron tomar y nos dejaron fuera a todos los demás.
Very bad service, many people waiting to be attended in the Mexican passport process, it took hours to take the photo since the system crashed and at 4 barely those of the 10 am appointment could be taken and they left us out to everyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lata, dos señores de la tercera edad esperando para que los pasen a tomar la foto y gente que llegó después yendose ya con sus comprobantes en mano y con sus fotos tomadas, parece que la SRE en Guaymas no da prioridad a la tercera edad, encima la muchacha exhibiendo a la gente de fuera por no traer según todo el trámite. Buenos para cobrar pero malos para dar un buen servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio, desorden, cobros extras por parte del municipio $438.00 , fallas en el equipo, instalaciones muy deficientes, debería la SRE, buscar alternativas más eficaces para expedir el pasaporte de identidad Mexicana, ESO SI LAS PERSONAS QUE ATIENDEN, MUY AMABLES Y PACIENTES LAS FELICITO....POR SU ATENCION..?????
Very slow service, disorder, extra charges by the municipality $ 438.00, equipment failures, very poor facilities, the SRE should look for more effective alternatives to issue the Mexican identity passport, THAT IF THE PEOPLE WHO ATTEND, VERY KIND AND PATIENTS I CONGRATULATE YOU .... FOR YOUR ATTENTION..?????
