★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se realizó un pago en portal del banco y no lo aceptan, no es posible que sean tan incompetentes para no conocer un pago realizado a través de portal.
Terrible service, a payment was made in the bank's portal and they do not accept it, it is not possible that they are so incompetent as not to know about a payment made through the portal.

Business between security and employees of the institution, the guards send copies inside the office that are not necessary, they use the institution's equipment and charge them $20 each.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte de las personas que checan los documentos antes de pasar a las ventanillas, pueden apoyar un poco al público y no regresarlos por una CURP que fácilmente pueden imprimir en 5 minutos y tengan que agendar otra cita otra vuelta y regresarlos de nuevo por cualquier cosa que si los apoyaran pudieran mejorar el servicio, mal muy mal, una vez que pasas ese filtro todas las personas son muy amables atentas y pacientes
Very bad service from the people who check the documents before going to the windows, they can support the public a little and not return them for a CURP that they can easily print in 5 minutes and have to schedule another appointment another time and return them again for anything that if they supported them they could improve the service, bad very bad, once you pass that filter all the people are very kind, attentive and patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si haces todo como debe de ser y llevas tus documentos como los piden por Internet, no tienes ningún problema.. y el personal es amable te atienden con educación.. esos que dicen que atienden mal seguro es por que les falto algo y como no pudieron hacer el trámite así se quieren desquitar.. cumplan con todo para que no hagan sus berrinches.. NIÑOS!! ??♂️?
If you do everything as it should be and take your documents as requested on the Internet, you won't have any problems... and the staff is friendly, they serve you politely... those who say they serve you poorly are sure because they are missing something and of course they were able to do the paperwork that way they want to get even... comply with everything so that they don't throw their tantrums... CHILDREN!! ??♂️?
