★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí puedes tramitar diferentes cosas, ejemplo pensiones alimenticias a personas que vivan en el extranjero, hay convenio con estados unidos, los trámites son tardados porque es entre países, pero siempre se procura una solución, también si algún familiar o amigo que se le haya perdido su pasaporte en el extranjero, puedes ir a pedir ayuda para esa persona, etcétera. El lugar tiene estacionamiento con costo adicional es caro. Queda cerca el metro bellas artes y otro que no recuerdo el nombre , también hay. Metrobus, trolebús, etcétera. El lugar está frente al hemiciclo a Juárez

El servicio es completo y muy bueno, siempre las instalaciones en buen estado y limpias, yo recomiendo que vaya con tiempo para hacer tus tramites ya que la espera para ser atendido puede ser amplia, dependiendo a la hora que acudas o el tramite que vayas hacer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es totalmente inaceptable que indiquen a que numero realizar la cita para renovar pasaporte y que se tarden más de una hora en asignar a un agente o bien ya que contestan cuelgan, ademas de que por ERRORES de sus agentes asignen citas en oficinas auxiliares, porque olvidado indicarlo antes de confirmar la cita. y como los tantos y tantos millones de mexicanos están realizando citas para salir del país, pues debemos esperar las horas en el teléfono para asignación de cita, pero además con el error garrafal, que es oficina auxiliar y el pasaporte lo entregan después de 5 días hábiles Ah! y aun cuando es el error del agente hay que esperar 48 hrs. hábiles para que nos hagan el favor de cancelar el tramite. No, creen que es una aberración de estos servidores públicos ignorantes e incapaces de realizar su trabajo de forma profesional.
