★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina que sirve para tramitar el pasaporte es enlace de la Delegación Estatal en Ciudad Victoria , se acude por lo regular con Cita , suele haber mucha gente siempre. Ubicación céntrica casi a un lado de palacio por calle Emilio Carranza. El trámite tiene un costo adicional al precio que vale fijado por el Gobierno Federal , el pago adicional es para el municipio de Tampico por la gestoria y para mantenimiento de la oficina .. tramitan más de 85 pasaportes diarios.
Office that is used to process the passport is the link of the State Delegation in Ciudad Victoria, you usually go with Appointment, there are usually many people always. Central location almost next to the palace on Emilio Carranza street. The procedure has an additional cost to the price set by the Federal Government, the additional payment is for the municipality of Tampico for the agency and for maintenance of the office. They process more than 85 passports daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La forma en que te atienden es en general buena, aunque el adicional pago por las instalaciones locales es un poco molesto, ya que no te informan de ello hasta que estás en el lugar, y si no llevas dinero ya tienes un problema mayor.
The way you are treated is generally good, although the extra charge for local facilities is a bit annoying as they don't tell you about it until you are on site, and if you don't bring money you have a bigger problem.

They deal well with people but the process could be improved with one more biometric registration unit to make waiting for citizens less long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El número 800 al que se tiene que llamar nunca funciona y cuando funciona te dicen que no hay citas por tiempo indefinido. Llevo un mes y medio marcando todos los días al menos 3 veces por día, cómo los agentes que se dedican a sacar pasaportes a otras personas si consiguen citas para sus clientes? El derecho como ciudadanos es que gratuitamente todos podamos agendar una cita, su sistema no funciona y tiene preferencias para quienes les hacen pagos.
The 800 number that you have to call never works and when it does they tell you that there are no appointments indefinitely. I've been marking every day at least 3 times a day for a month and a half, how do agents who are dedicated to getting other people's passports get appointments for their clients? The right as citizens is that we can all schedule an appointment for free, their system does not work and they have preferences for those who make payments to them.
