G	Gabby García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tramite mi pasaporte el 29 de marzo y el plazo que me dieron fue de 10-12 días y hasta la fecha no e recibido nada. Más aparte cuando se cumplió el plazo marque y me dijeron que ya estaba así que fui a recogerlo pero me dijeron que mi pasaporte no había llegado que lo estaban investigando por tener los apellidos iguales. Otra cosa que me dijeron fue que les marcara los miércoles o jueves ya que esos días eran cuando les llegaban los pasaportes así que marque y su respuesta fue “hoy no llegan márcanos el lunes”. I processed my passport on March 29 and the term they gave me was 10-12 days and to date I have not received anything. Furthermore, when the deadline was reached, I checked and they told me it was there so I went to pick it up but they told me that my passport had not arrived that they were investigating it because it had the same surnames. Terrible service !!
