Quiero creer que los empleados solo cumplen con su trabajo y es el sistema obsoleto e ineficiente el cual no les permite brindar buen servicio. Llegue con cita a las 12 y salí a las 5 pm y sin pasaporte. Me hacían ir cada hora solo para que al final lo retuvieran sin ninguna explicación. Solo me indicaron que estuviera yendo a preguntar si ya se libero. I am no longer surprised by the terrible care and very poor organization of this dependency. I want to believe that the employees only do their job and it is the obsolete and inefficient system that does not allow them to provide good service. I arrived by appointment at 12 and left at 5 pm and without a passport. They made me go every hour only to end up being held without explanation. They only told me to go ask if he was released.

Con irte los 15 minutos antes de tu cita es suficiente, por qué de cualquier manera van un poco atrasados con las citas. Están muy bien organizados, buena atención al cliente, explican todo muy claro los que trabajan ahí y las áreas están muy bien divididas. Hay una sala de espera, un área de juegos para los niños, sala de lactancia y baños. Pd: Mi cita fue en Domingo por la tarde, no sé si eso influya y sea diferente entre semana y horas pico. Para recoger indicaron 15 minutos antes de las 6, al final fueron las 6:50 y al final entregaron. El proceso es sencillo, pero la espera lo hace tedioso; el lugar está bien ya que puedes distraerte en lo que esperas (por la plaza comercial), hace falta ventilación donde se hace fila, hacía mucho calor, además de se estaba saturado. Ya dentro a las 9:20 qué era mi cita hicimos una pequeña fila en silla ?, vas avanzando de silla en silla ???, fue como de 15 personas la fila, de ahí me pasaron al módulo de recepción y revisión de documentos ??? después haces otra espera, si quieres sentarte en otra área lo puedes hacer, fueron 15 minutos y pase al modulo final de datos Biometricos donde te escanean tu iris ocular ??️, firma digital,✒️? huellas digitales ? y foto. ?Me desocuparon en 35 minutos.
