Me acaban de estafar pilas con eso ... Donde te dicen que tienes que enviar un correo y así .... Y si puedes denunciar mucho mejor ... Pero no caigan ...
If they get a chat where they schedule an appointment and have to pay an appointment to be able to schedule that is valid for 6 years and other things, don't do it, it's a fraud .. Faltaba una letra del nombre de la persona al que se le tenía que avisar en caso de urgencia y ya no me quisieron hacer la correción porque "eso lo tuve que haber visto donde me tomaron la foto" nunca se me pidió corroborar datos, pero bueno. De ahí muy bien servicio y muy rápido ?.
All very well, except for one detail. A letter was missing from the name of the person who had to be notified in an emergency and they no longer wanted to make the correction because "I should have seen that where the photo was taken" I was never asked to corroborate data, but hey . Hence very good service and very fast ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí el 15-dic-21 para renovar mi pasaporte y de mi hija menor de edad. Nos dieron la cita en Boca del Río porque esa era la única opción y tuvimos que viajar de Xalapa a Veracruz (103 kms de por medio). Dos experiencias diferentes. Mi renovación rápida y la de mi hija no se pudo porque no llevamos CONSTANCIA ESCOLAR SELLADA ORIGINAL. Sin embargo, en los requisitos no dice eso, le comenté al Subjefe un señor grande canoso y me dijo que tenía dos horas para solucionar el tema. No se pudo. Después me dieron un papel para que recoja el pasaporte dos días después y sólo puedo ir yo a recoger. Más burócratas no se puede. Pésima la experiencia
I went on Dec 15-21 to renew my passport and that of my minor daughter. They gave us the appointment in Boca del Río because that was the only option and we had to travel from Xalapa to Veracruz (103 kms in between). Two different experiences. My quick renewal and that of my daughter failed because we did not carry ORIGINAL SEALED SCHOOL CERTIFICATE. However, the requirements do not say that, I told the Deputy Chief a large gray-haired man and he told me that he had two hours to solve the issue. It could not. Then they gave me a piece of paper to collect my passport two days later and I can only go to collect it. More bureaucrats cannot. Terrible experience

friendly and attentive staff yes, but my process took two hours, they never refuted me or said something was wrong, they were just extremely slow

Congratulations to the staff who work there, all EXCEPT the one who calls himself DEPUTY CHIEF, a gray-haired guy who thinks he is superior to everyone. He is a despot, rude, conceited and leaves much to be desired. Thank everyone else. Excellent service. Hopefully take the comments into account.

(Si vienes en coche, tienes que entrar al estacionamiento de la plaza para entrar)
