★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las oficinas no cuentan con servicio de aire acondicionado, lo que lo hace de verdad muy incomodo a los trabajadores y público que va a realizar tramites, el espacio de sala de espera solo cuenta con un ventilador de piso para todas las personas que ahí esperan, no hay ventanas de ventilación y en estos momentos de pandemia es un riesgo estar así atendiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy eficientes. Si tienes tu documentación en orden y llevas todo lo que se te pide, el proceso es súper rápido. De preferencia saca tu cita con antelación, la ventaja de llevarla es el pase directo sin llenar absolutamente nada. Y si no hay mucha gente en menos de 20 minutos ya tienes tu pasaporte. Amabilidad y atención. Todo muy limpio y buen protocolo por la pandemia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la oficina de gobierno donde tramitas tu pasaporte, sin embargo pueden mejorar la atención, especialmente de quién está en la puerta de entrada, suele ser muy cortante. Adentro de sus oficina no hay aire acondicionado. Por la pandemia las citas son extremadamente escasas, por lo regular recomiendo buscarlas entre la última semana y la primera semana de cada mes. Suerte con sus trámites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención hacia las personas y público en general que acude a esta oficina a realizar sus trsmites es mala. Maltratan, regañan, contestan de manera grosera y prepotente a todas las preguntas que se realizan. No tienen la intención de dar brindar un buen servicio. Cancelan citas por cualquier motivo, no existen parametros de atención excepto el de ellos mismos. Solo ellos tienen la razón. El lugar no tiene las condiciones para atender a personas mayores o con capacidades diferentes, es imposible responder sin que te alcen la voz.
The attention towards people and the general public who come to this office to carry out their transactions is bad.
