★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Atención es muy buena y cuidadosa, tienen los cuidados necesarios para evitar el contagio del Sars Cov 2, te atienden con cita desde el momento que llegas, ahí mismo te toman la fotografía. Son amables y eficientes. La entrega del pasaporte es a los 3 ó 4 días, porque lo tienen que envíar a Xalapa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del personal encargado de la atención telefónica, no contestan nunca el teléfono, suena por horas y en otras ocasiones te cortan las llamadas.
