★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio es hermoso, sobre todo cuando prenden las luces, históricamente muy pocos conocen que fue sede del episcopado en zamora. Actualmente alberga a Telecom, telégrafos, la secretaria de relaciones exteriores y otras oficinas municipales.
