No pierdan el tiempo en esta institución, mejor acudan directamente ante una autoridad judicial a poner su demanda.
The staff is extremely attentive, however they do not help to solve anything, if the doctor in question decides not to appear, there is neither a fine nor any sanction.
Do not waste time in this institution, better go directly to a judicial authority to file your claim.
