H	Hiram Martínez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, se me hace ilógico que te pidan carta poder y aparte la INE original del propietario, se supone que por algo te está dando una carta poder,( la persona está fueras o no puede asistir por si misma ) como voy a dejar a una persona son licencia o sin INE, u entonces para que pedir carta poder!! En un inicio estaba todo muy desorganizado pero en cuanto salió un encargado y puso orden odo fluyó de maravilla. Ojalá ya nunca desaparezca el sistema de citas. N	Nancy Montiel Trujano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención , no están preparados para realizar este cambio de placas , las cita te la dan un mes después y no te dan el monto de lo que tienes que pagar para dar de alta nuevas placas dicen que hasta que asistas a tu cita, ( un mes después ) y después de la cita cuuanto tiempo más ??pura burocracia !!! Puedes salir en 5min o en 45min, dependiendo de la hora; mi recomendación es pedir la cita antes del medio día y revisar bien la documentación previamente.
