I will save time for those who need to process a new license. 1.- Strictly only accept Electricity or Water receipts with time no longer than 3 months, 2.- They must have their INE with the same address that appears on their electricity or water bill or if they are not going to return them to their houses. 3.- When you have everything, try to bring a copy of each document and the original. (Receipt and Copy, original and updated birth certificate and copy, INE and copy) From there, if you have all of that, the rest is fast, except for the test drive, I'm writing this review and I'm just queuing to take my test and it's the only thing that takes longer.
