Nombrando especialmente a la señorita de la entrada, gran actitud y me hizo olvidar que estaba en un tramite gubernamental.
A diferencia de otros comentarios, mi cita fue respetada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la atención es amable, la asesoría para tramitar la cita o conseguir documentos es buena. Hace falta un poco de personal pero hacen lo que pueden, abren en punto de las 9:00 AM y comienzan a atender.
Ahora con lo del COVID vi que es de las pocas oficinas en las que se puede obtener cita en poco tiempo.
Es muy recomendable llevar la documentación necesaria
para renovación:
1) FORMATO DE PAGO Y TIKET DE PAGO (puede tardar hasta 3 días en verse reflejado el pago)
2) FORMATO DE CITA
3) CURP
4) IDENTIFICACIÓN OFICIAL (IFE, INE, Pasaporte...)
5) LICENCIA (la que caducó o esta por caducar)
es recomendable programar la cita temprano y llegar temprano pues siempre hay quien no lleva la documentación y tiene dificultad.
en general las citas no se respetan cabalmente lo cual es bueno para quien no lleva la documentación completa y malo para quien cumple con todo.
Hay tres estacionamientos a un lado ($20 pesitos tiempo libre, con servicio de lavado de auto, sanitizado etc.)
Recomiendo hacer la renovación por Internet, es fácil, y para recogerla acudir al módulo, es muy rápido y se evita formarse, en menos de 10 minutos sale uno con la licencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, el personal es un asco, siempre con malos tratos, no entiendo para que piden cita si no la hacen respetar. Sinceramente no entiendo al personal, si no tienen ganas de trabajar no lo hagan, si tienen la oportunidad de ir a otro lugar, háganlo sin dudarlo.
Terrible place, the staff is disgusting, always mistreated, I do not understand why they ask for an appointment if they do not respect it. I honestly do not understand the staff, if you do not want to work, do not do it, if you have the opportunity to go to another place, do it without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero estrellas, ineficiencia al mil! No se porque piden cita por internet si aún así vas a esperar 2 horas. Y aparte el personal es despota, muchas viejas mamonas y no se digan los tipejos, corrientes y cero trato al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad, no estuvo mal... La cita no sirve de nada, te atienden conforme llegues, pero la atención fue rápida y el trato adecuado. Fui a a las 10:00 y salí 11:30, quizá. Por una renovación; tardé más porqué tenía un dato a corregir. Debes leer bien lo que se te pide e imprimir tu cita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chico que recibe la documentación es muy amable, la poli, al igual que quien captura los datos. Sólo quien toma las fotos es un poquito regañona y desesperada ? pero en general son un súper equipo. Salí en media hora. Más funcionarios públicos como ellos, por favor ?.
