★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de los servidores públicos, excelente servicio de los guardias de la puerta principal. Asistí a la oficina porqué en ninguna extensión que se encuentra en su página oficial contestan, al llegar a la oficina tienen unos papeles pegados afuera de la institución e indica el guardia de seguridad, muy amablemente que por favor nos comuniquemos y agendemos una cita para ser atendidos de 10:00 a 14:00 horas, llegué a las 13:00 horas y estuve llamando por más de una hora enfrente del oficial y nadie contesta, al parecer como buenos servidores públicos deciden sus horarios internos y dejan de atender los teléfonos desde mucho tiempo antes, después tuve que llamar al día siguiente y por más de dos horas estar marcando, me atendió una señora, con una actitud pésima y agendando mi cita para el día 03 de Diciembre de 2021. Espero que la auditoria superior o el órgano interno de control, puedan revisar el tipo de atención que brindan los servidores públicos en esta dependencia. (Nota: Deben asistir directamente a las oficinas para obtener el número de extensión donde se debe agendar la cita para cualquier trámite)
Terrible service from the public servants, excellent service from the guards at the front door. I went to the office because in no extension found on their official website they answer, when they arrive at the office they have some papers stuck outside the institution and the security guard indicates, very kindly that we please contact us and make an appointment to be attended from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., I arrived at 1:00 p.m. and I was calling for more than an hour in front of the officer and nobody answers, apparently like good public servants they decide their internal schedules and stop answering the phones from a long time before, then I had to call the next day and for more than two hours to be dialing, I was attended by a lady, with a terrible attitude and scheduling my appointment for December 3, 2021. I hope that the superior audit or the organ internal control, can review the type of care provided by public servants in this agency. (Note: They must go directly to the offices to obtain the extension number where the appointment for any procedure should be scheduled)
