★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las vacantes de trabajaen son un fraude, para ingresar en la entrevista te hacen preguntas estandarizadas como de secundaria tipo "define el proceso según bla bla", no evalúan tu experiencia laboral ni nada que sea realmente reflejo de tu capacidad para desempeñar el puesto. Por eso tanto burócrata inútil. (además de que el 95% los metieron por amiguismo/familiares)
Job vacancies are a fraud, to enter the interview they ask you standardized questions such as high school type "define the process according to blah blah", do not evaluate your work experience or anything that really reflects your ability to perform the job. That's why so much useless bureaucrat. (in addition to that 95% put them by cronyism / relatives)
