The very beautiful place hurts that they don't do their job well, it took them 2 months to give me a miserable permission to put trees outside my house.

PESIMO THE SERVICE CALL 5 TIMES FOLLOWED SO THAT THEY WILL ANSWER ME AFTER I HAVE LUCK AND THEY ANSWERED ME I EXPOSE MY SUBJECT MY COMPLAINT COMMENTS THAT I CALL NEXT WEEK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE ANY ANSWERS BUT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ANY REPORT NUMBER TO WHOM YOU WILL BE REVIEWED IF THE WORKLOAD DECREASES, SO THEY CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trámites en realidad son bastante rápidos, el problema es el personal, le dan prioridad a la platica entre ellos.
Buscas asesoría para evitar ir dos o tres veces y se molestan porque quieres saber más para hacer bien las cosas.
Les pides formularios y te limitan a un par. Les llevas copias y te niegan la entrega y debes volver a llenarlos ahí mismo.
The procedures are actually quite fast, the problem is the staff, they give priority to talking with each other.
You seek advice to avoid going two or three times and they get upset because you want to know more to do things right.
You ask them for forms and they limit you to a couple. You take them copies and they deny you delivery and you must fill them out right there.
