Una gran diferencia entre lo indicado en la página federal y lo que te piden físicamente. Atención, te piden dos copias del comprobante de pago y traigan todo en original con copia. Lo mejor es traer cita agendada y llegar media hora antes por si te piden lo que no llevas. Terrible service. Felicidades han mejorado mucho, en 40 min aproximadamente ya tenía mi pasaporte. Llegué 25 min antes de mi cita y me atendieron mucho antes. La entrega del pasaporte fue rápida y menos de una hora. Fui a renovación, de los documentos que piden solo lleve una copia del comprobante de pago de banco [piden original y copia]. Lleguen temprano por si necesitan sacar copia de algún documento faltante. A lado de la SRE hay lugar para sacar copias e incluso tiene a memos de 1 minutos un banco donde realizar el pago.
