Terrible phone and website service. The call to request an appointment almost never comes in and when it comes in they don't answer and hang up the call. I've been on the line for more than 1:30 minutes waiting for them to answer me.

There are no improvements in anything, their terrible page, by means of a phone call the same, face-to-face, not to mention, they cannot make an appointment there and according to the person who attended they are already attending to the people who had an appointment for May. It is definitely a nightmare to have to do any paperwork with any dependency.

That the system fails is something to be expected given the federal authorities that we have, but what seems absolutely unacceptable to me is to see the director beating up upset people because they lost all day trying to do their paperwork... The director's solution? Make an appointment in Juchipila Zatacetas!

I personally went to the office to see if they could process the appointment there, unfortunately they told me that only by phone or online. I went because I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a month and they tell me that there is no availability, today I'm going back home, I insist again and they answer me but they send me to Calvillo to a liaison office where they told me that arriving they would make me an extra cost for their services and the call center guys don't know how much the extra amount would be. The vdd shouldn't be like that and it makes me unfair to pay extra, go to Calvillo and come back after 5 days for the passport, maybe if I had a car I would go, but more than the expense of its procedures I feel that it is an abuse because the people that goes to the Plaza they do not charge extra and the vdd well as it is possible that in a month they will not be able to supply availability. There were two people who mentioned that they forgot the appointment, they arrived and gave them a form to fill out and even so they allowed them to do the paperwork! It is a lack of respect for those of us who do have an interest and urgently need to do the process, if the appointment was missed, why didn't they send them to schedule another one? I hope they speed up since it is the only state that I see in the system that DOES NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY. In December the same thing happened to my sister and until February there were appointments! get batteries please!

Excellent customer service. Very attentive and the same day they give you your passport. Bring your documentation in order and it's much easier. The square is very clean.
