Completa irresponsabilidad de los funcionarios quienes permiten deliberadamente la circulación de unidades «piratas» y otras más en mal estado para circulación segura. Así podría seguir el listado.
Total incompetence. If they make available a telephone number it is to answer calls by that means; They have never responded. Complete irresponsibility of officials who deliberately allow the circulation of "pirate" units and others in poor condition for safe circulation. So I could follow the list.
