TAMBIEN NECESITO QUE ME DIGAN PORQUE PERMITIERON AUTOBUSES QUE CIRCULAN EN CONTRA FLUJO COMO EN EL EJE 3-AV. BAJA CALIFORNIA QUE ES UN TRAYECTO SUPER IMPORTANTE DE CIRCULACION PARA AUTOS, CAMIONES, AMBULANCIAS TRAILERS ETC. Y SE HACEN UNOS CONGESTIONAMIENTOS TERRIBLES.
LA CIRCULACION EN CONTRA FLUJO PROVOCA MUCHOS ACCIDENTES Y CONTAMINACION LOS DEBEN DE QUITAR.
PODRIA DECIRLES MAS DE SUS FALLAS QUE NO TIENE N LOGICA NI SENTIDO COMUN PERO SE LAS GUARDO PUES COMO NO VA A HABER CONTINGENCIA, ESPERO SU PRONTA RESPUESTA.
 I WANT TO KNOW BECAUSE DEMONS INSTALLED GARDENS IN THE AV. PATRIOTISM, THEY REMOVED 1 RAIL AND ARE ONLY GOING TO SERVE DUMBERS AND INSECT AND RAT NESTS, IN ADDITION TOGETHER THE PARK TRUCKS, TAXIS, DELIVERY TRUCKS ETC. SO THAT THEY REMOVED 2 RAILS AND CAUSED SUPER POLLUTION.
I ALSO NEED TO BE TELLED BECAUSE THEY ALLOWED BUSES RUNNING AGAINST FLOW AS IN AXIS 3-AV. LOW CALIFORNIA WHICH IS A SUPER IMPORTANT CIRCULATION TRIP FOR CARS, TRUCKS, AMBULANCES TRAILERS ETC. AND THERE ARE TERRIBLE CONGESTIONAMIENTOS.
THE CIRCULATION AGAINST FLOW CAUSES MANY ACCIDENTS AND POLLUTION SHOULD BE REMOVED.
I COULD SAY MORE ABOUT ITS FAILURES THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY LOGIC OR COMMON SENSE BUT I SAVE THEM AS IT WILL NOT BE CONTINGENT, I HOPE FOR YOUR SOON ANSWER.

Llega otra persona que no está identificada como funcionario y te pregunta que tramite realizas pero no te da solución.
Sale otra persona tampoco identificada y te pregunta lo mismo.Llegan personas con conocidos y amigos o compañeros y se brincan la supuesta fila que hay. No hay orden.Nadie se responsabiliza.

There comes another person who is not identified as an official and asks you what you do but does not give you a solution.
There is another person who is not identified and asks you the same question. People come with acquaintances and friends or companions and skip the supposed row there is. There is no order. No one takes responsibility.
