Positive: Our room allowed us to swim straight into the pool from the patio. That was nice. They did a good job of daily cleaning the room. I like that we could use the restaurants/ bars at the neighboring hotel at no additional cost. Negative: It seemed that tipping was expected at every turn. As an all inclusive, I dont feel that pressure should exist.

Really enjoyed our stay. Impressed with the quality of food and drink, especially compared to other all inclusive resorts. The rooms were older and not as nice, but we didn't mind at all because who hangs out in their room when at the beach? Would much rather have good food, service, and drinks than a nice room!

So much fun! Staff is super friendly and always ready to help! Romance, relaxation, and adventurous fun all in one place and if anything is not avaliable in the resort concierge has plenty of information and access! They are big on security and monitor your travels closely to ensure safety! My only complaint is that the food at some of the restaurants were bland.

Lovely resort, good service, food was pretty good. We really enjoyed our stay. Gave the rooms (we switched halfway through) a 4 due to their age. Pretty comfortable, but a little dated. The service was excellent throughout the resort. The food in the restaurants was really good. The buffet was good enough for buffet foods especially for a late breakfast.

The island is beautiful & the beach is great. Staff was very friendly. Our room was fine but this is not an upscale resort by any means. The food is not great and they serve small portions. Sushi was actually pretty good though. We had a swim up room which was fun, but expensive compared to other nicer resorts.

This place is beautiful and most of the restaurants are very good. The sky bar and sushi restaurant are amazing. The beaches and pools are great. My biggest problem with this place was their attitude and willingness to help when our AC broke in the middle of the night. It just happened to be a night when my wife wasn’t feeling very good and we couldn’t be stuck in a room that was a sweat box. I called for over 4 hours and they kept telling me someone was coming but never did. After 5 hours I went to the lobby and talked to them and they finally, after some deliberation said we could move. We spent half of our last day trying to figure this out. When I asked them in some way to make it right by taking care of some of our laundry, because we have another few days in Cancun, they made a huge fuss. They originally wanted $98 dollars to do a small load of laundry. They offered me to pay half. We wasted so much time, from 4 am till 2 pm when we had another room that was acceptable. We finally agreed to pay $30 for our clothes but my goodness that was a hassle. Just expected better guest service.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst experience ever, not a 5 star resort at all. The rooms are not modern at all they look very old, we upgraded to a swim up junior suite because we wanted to be in the pool and we didn't get to get in that pool at all because it was soooo dirty ! We let them know and they did nothing about it at all. The rooms are bad, the restroom wouldn't flush and there was no hot water to shower, and there shower head comes out with so much pressure it hurts your body, I was not looking forward to showering at all. There was a lot of insects in my room, ants and they ended up biting my husband that's how we discover them, also found a spider and lizard and let the front desk know about it and they said that was normal... I came from staying at Moon Palace Cancun in Riviera Maya and it was completely different way better than here, next time I will stay at Cozumel Palace that is sister hotels with Moon Palace because it was way better than here. Also its an all inclusive hotel and they had no snacks at all they would tell me was only room service but I was at the beach? Payed $500 a night and for what they offer not worth it at all! The outside of the hotel/beach is the only pretty thing from this resort. I asked them if they could refund me for the upgrade since we weren't able to get in because it was dirty and they said no.. they could have told me when I asked for the upgrade that the pools were dirty and not working... DO NO RECOMMEND AT ALL! Also the rooms do not have an extra lock, so room service to clean in the morning woke us up by opening the door completely and we got scared! I know there's a sign to no get disturbed but I didn't know we were going to sleep in.. and they open the door at 9am...

Loved coming here! My husband and i came here for our honeymoon and we had so much fun. The atmosphere was great, the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The food was good. Rooms were so clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly as well as the hot water. You’re able to go out and explore the island with rental cars but I noticed most people just stay at the resort, you could have fun doing either or both. The resort makes sure to have plenty of activities or if you’re just wanting to lounge and drink all day that’s good too. The only complaint I had was the rental car prices out of the resort are much cheaper and the snorkel excursions too. But if you don’t care then you can book through the resort. The resort was great, room was great, and our time was great!
