D	Dianna Knost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok...this resort is beautiful. The architecture is inspired and staff have been a delight. The food has been a disappointment. Our best meals were poolside with whole roast fish as the saving culinary grace. Why is there next to zero flavor and seasoning (except for an abundance of salt) at a resort in Playa del Carmen? This should be a safe bet ordering colloquial specialties, but there were none. I had to talk my waiter into making a hot, peppery salsa (which he did marvelously) table side in the one Mexican-themed restaurant on site, Dos Almas. I get it - the place is brand new and staff - presumably the entirety of kitchen staff, are getting up to speed. For the money, I'm just not sure I'm willing to try it again after they have a year to dial it all in.

The restaurants, pools and people truly AMAZING! The spa is nothing like I have experienced before, all the Theropist are very educated about all the treatments they do. If the management asked me how they could improve, I would really have no suggestion for them. Thank you one and only for the best 4 nights ever. Definitely coming back soon!

Property is beautiful, jaw dropping interior design all around and rooms are clean and very spacious. Costumer service is great, everyone was nice and friendly. Food service at all the restaurants was slow, but that’s understandable as the hotel just opened less than a month ago. Overall good experience and I recommend it to anyone looking for an all inclusive adults only resort.

Yes they are working through some kinks as they are newly open; but the staff are giving 110%. Omar is the best concierge. He has been checking on our stay and has made it spectacular. The food has been amazing. Don’t miss lunch at Bamboo whatever you do. The cafe and the restaurants and bars are simply stunning.
b	brandon moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best of the secrets resorts in terms of beauty and food. We stayed in a junior suit with pool view/ patial ocean view. For me it was perfect with a close enough walk to all the restaurants, pools, and beach. The wife complained that there are NO hooks in ANY bathroom for purses, scarfs, jackets, towels etc. The spa was also missing places to hang robes and towels while using the different services. If part of the preferred club the rooftop club and pools has the best of everything views, pools, service. The other 6 main pools are great as well with exception to the pool bar. The location of the main pool bar puts you and the bartender in the sun from 11 am to 7pm so wear plenty of sunscreen. The theater isn't promoted enough they put on a live performance every night and is a nice getaway for entertainment.

The resort has an amazing natural landscape. The lagoon pool with natural sand is probably the best pool I have ever seen in the world. All the rooms in the hotel are suites with spacious interior and exterior areas. The hotel has a beautiful design everywhere you go with the most attention to detail in the resorts we have visited in Mexico. The food is amazing in all the restaurants. Staff is very attentive. The rooftop pool is fantastic!! We don’t ever want to go back home!

All of the employees were hospitable, friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful and you can tell a lot of money was invested into this new property. The views, food, drinks and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Our room had its own private pool and was very private and tranquil. The rooftop wedding was gorgeous as was the reception afterwards at the middle swimming pool in the heart of the resort. The golf at Gran Coyote was top notch and I hope to get back to this resort again very soon. Thanks for everything!
C	Chris Jennings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Absolutely gorgeous! They had been open for 5or 6 days when we got there. I didn't want to leave. The room was beautiful. Awesome view of resort and the ocean from the balcony. Many different pools depending on what you feel like. I believe they have 5 restaurants to choose from, plus a few smaller cafes. The restaurants are top notch! If you want a romantic getaway with your spouse/ partner, this place nails it. There are so many more things I could go on about. The staff is also top notch! I can't wait to go back. I'd go into more detail about everything else there but this is already a pretty long review. Definitely worth your time and money! You will have a great time!!!
