★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es imposible sacar una cita por linea, todos los horarios y fechas, se encuentran bloqueados. Llegas para validar si te pueden auxiliar, para empezar ni siquiera se ve que estén trabajando, solo están platicando y no te atienden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trámites vehiculares se hacen por cita, pero lamentablemente no hay una opción para agendar, siempre bloquean muchas fechas y hay un trato especial para los "recomendados" y sin cita. En las cajas es muy lento avanzar en la fila.
Vehicle procedures are done by appointment, but unfortunately there is no option to schedule, they always block many dates and there is a special treatment for the "recommended" and without an appointment. At the checkout it is very slow to advance in line.

Respetaron mi horario de cita, y el trámite tardó aproximadamente 25 min, el personal que me atendió fue amable.
Sin embargo, reconozco que sacar cita en línea es un poco complicado, sugiero marque los días no disponibles y así uno evita estar consultado día por día.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy grata mi visita, adquirí una licencia de conducir y todo muy bien desde que realiza uno su cita por internet. Luego al llegar, el proceso fue demasiado rápido, a pesar de que sí había algo de gente. Y más sorprendido por la velocidad con que te entregan el plástico, y el nivel de calidad que manejan. Contento con la experiencia.
My visit was very pleasant, I acquired a driver's license and everything very well since one makes his appointment online. Then upon arrival, the process was too fast, even though there were some people. And more surprised by the speed with which they deliver the plastic, and the level of quality they handle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ numero de telefono que proporcionan son invalidos o no sirven!! y para hacer citas el menú es confuso, vaya desperdicio de pagina, con todo lo que roban deberían si quiera tener una linea de atención personalizada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En éstas fechas (enero) es casi imposible ser atendido si no se llega antes de las 7 de la mañana, debido al cambio de placas y refrendo.
Las filas son gigantes y se debe de ir preparado a pasar unas 4 horas para hacer el trámite.
Aún así, hay una caja rápida que hace las cosas más eficientes... Dentro de lo que cabe, porque si hicieran efectivos los trámites por internet, otro gallo nos cantaría.
En fin.
Bien pero nada más.
