★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una lastima, casas bonitas, grandes y nada baratas, de vista parece un buen lugar, su peor punto es la gente que aqui vive, varios vecinos ruidosos y conflictivos que no dejan dormir y continuamente siguen con sus escandalos hasta de forma retadora rompen con la paz de los demas vecinos.
Nadie tiene control de la colonia y no se organizan para nada que no sea hacer fiesta, un grupo de vecinos se siente dueño del lugar y no generan ningun beneficio que nos les deje a ellos beneficio tambien.
Se maneja como privado y no lo es, estan por convertirse en acceso para otro fraccionamiento.
De la seguridad pues no tiene tal, solo un portero en el dia y constantemente sufren robos en las viviendas, la verdad por todo lo anterior parece un Fomerrey o Infonavir venido a menos (sin afan de ofender a estas colonias).
Si vas a comprar casa, por el mismo precio se puede encontrar casas en zonas mas seguras y con mejores vecinos, con mayor nivel de escolaridad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar obstruyó en la "privacidad" de una colonia para construirse, esta a un lado de un río (huele mal diario y más en verano) que se a desbordado muchas ocasiones. Según tiene palapa y alberca la cual no tiene mantenimiento y la palapa en pésimas condiciones, no es privada ya que la seguridad que tiene es por una colonia antes a esa y esa colonia se hacer cargo del pago de los guardias que hacen el filtro para ingresar. Se le está construyendo otra Colonia atrás que se conecta a sector diamante causando daños al pavimento y a la seguridad ya que está a punto de conectar a la av acueducto y a colonias conflictivas en Juarez Nuevo Leon, prometen muchas cosas, verifiquen bien antes de vivir aquí, ya que tiene muchos conflictos con colonias de su alrededor.
