Good price the bad thing is that there is always the closed door you have to touch and they do not give a ticket as they send by mail but in my case I never arrive

The worst consumer policies. DO NOT have a guarantee, as practically nothing will apply and this if they solve you in two months. Very poor quality products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solía ser una de las mejores opciones en su rubro, pero trataron de crecer y lo único que lograron fue decaer, ahora es servicio es apenas regular, los precios son al nivel de los competidores y los productos fallan cada vez más. Lástima de empresa, habría podido ser mejor.

No sabía nada de un pedido que hice por internet. En general pésima experiencia. Espero que de menos el producto si sirva
Terrible overall. There is no doorbell. The place only has 1 light bulb. It is dirty and dark. After a lot of playing, a guy comes out with a tremendous roe. Bad attitude and no respect. I did not know anything about an order I made online. Overall lousy experience. I hope I miss the product if it works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habia comprado algunas camaras en distintas ocasiones .apenas una me dio lata y fui a garantia , resulta que ya se vencio , entonces busque informes por la reparacion y resulta que sale casi en lo mismo que comprar una nueva. Yo creo que deberian avisar que son desechables a un año ,asi ya sabemos si comprar o no. Es una pena que no cuiden a sus clientes
I had bought some cameras on different occasions. Just one bothered me and I went to warranty, it turns out that it has already expired, so I looked for reports on the repair and it turns out that it costs almost the same as buying a new one. I think they should warn that they are disposable after one year, so we already know whether to buy or not. It's a shame they don't take care of their customers
