★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores dan muy mala atención tanto en venta de mostrador, como por teléfono ya que se comprometen a enviar cotizaciones que se les solicitan de quemadores industriales y componentes para control de temperatura y nunca las envían, ni dan seguimiento para compra aunque uno los está buscando insistentemente. Yo tuve que buscar otras opciones y termine comprando en Puebla, lo que ellos me pudieron vender aqui en Gdl.

No sé el nombre de la pieza que necesito y solicité orientación, la señorita me dijo que solamente venden "apagadores de prendido y apagado", le pedí su apoyo y no la saqué de su "sólo vendemos apagadores". Me recomendaron mucho esta empresa y estoy segura que tienen lo que necesito pero desafortunadamente no hubo quien quisiera pensarle un poquito y salirse de su zona de confort y atender a un cliente.
Terrible attention. I do not know the name of the part I need and I asked for guidance, the lady told me that they only sell "on and off switches", I asked for her support and I did not take it out of her "we only sell switches".
