★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado, te cobran hasta el rayón más pequeño. Tuve que tomar la foto desde muy cerca para que se logre ver lo que para ellos significa que les debes reparar todo su parachoque. Nos mandaron a un taller de su confianza y nos quisieron cobrar la totalidad de la reparación (valía más que el total de la renta, por un rayón!!!) Como ven en la hoja de daños, el auto ya traía un montón de rayones, uno incluso del mismo lado que el que nos cobraron. En todo momento intentan evitar que llames al seguro y de hecho el número de seguro que ellos te dan no funciona. Después de mucho reclamar la injusticia, un señor con el que nunca habíamos hablado decidió que "solo" nos iba a hacer pagar el 50%. Llevamos años rentando y nunca nos había pasado algo igual. No lo recomiendo a nadie.
Be careful, they charge you even the smallest rayon. I had to take the photo from very close to see what for them it means that you have to repair their entire bumper. They sent us to a workshop they trust and they wanted to charge us for the entire repair (it was worth more than the total rent, for a scratch !!!) As you can see on the damage sheet, the car already had a lot of scratches , one even from the same side as the one we were charged for. At all times they try to prevent you from calling the insurance and in fact the insurance number they give you does not work. After much claiming the injustice, a man with whom we had never spoken decided that "only" he was going to make us pay 50%. We have been renting for years and something like this has never happened to us. I do not recommend to anybody.

0 estrellas. Anuncian "promo de finde" con precios interesantes, pero en realidad al devolver el vehículo intentan si o si encontrar el mínimo rayón para decir que hay que cambiar toda la pieza y quedarse con la fianza. Lo peor es que camino al taller para "evaluar los daños", el conductor nos dijo que lo hacen con todos los clientes, que es un pedido del dueño. Él espera en la oficina y no quiere soltar el deposito de garantía. Se aprovechan que no haya tanta competencia en la zona, una vergüenza !!!

0 stars. They advertise "weekend promo" with interesting prices, but in reality when returning the vehicle they try to find the slightest scratch to say that the entire piece must be changed and keep the deposit. The worst thing is that on the way to the workshop to "evaluate the damage", the driver told us that they do it with all the clients, that it is a request from the owner. He waits in the office and doesn't want to give up the security deposit. They take advantage of the fact that there is not so much competition in the area, a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service, I've arrived late to 3 meetings and the Drivers offered me drugs as a "Compensation". No Ethics at all, I will definitely will be switching to another Company, not recommended at all. Don't even bother.
