★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EN ESTE PRINCIPIO DE PERIODO POLITICO SEXENAL, TOMANDO EN CUENTA LAS PROMESAS DEL ACTUAL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA MEXICANA DE TRANSPARENCIA GUBERNAMENTAL TOTAL Y A TODOS LOS REPRESENTANTES DE LOS PARTIDOS POLITICOS QUE HAN FIRMADO EL PACTO, LES PRESENTO LO SIGUIENTE:
PLAN INTEGRAL PARA EL DESARROLLO DEL PAIS (MEXICO)
1.- ELIMINAR TODOS LOS PROGRAMAS DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL, (ayuda a las personas de la tercera edad,becas a estudiantes desde la primaria hasta la profesional, a madres solteras, discapacitados, pro-campo, subsidio al agua,impuesto predial, gasolina,gas, luz electrica, libros de texto gratuitos,, seguro de desempleo, etc.). La gran cantidad economica destinada a todos los desarrollos habidos y por haber, sumarlas y unificarlas en un solo PROGRAMA DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL, A NIVEL NACIONAL, PROMEDIAR LA CANTIDAD ECONOMICA GLOBAL , entre todos los habitantes del Pais, mayores de 18 años y basandose en el padron electoral (IFE).
Con este programa de desarrollo social unico se solucionaran los principales problemas que tiene el Pais como son:HAMBRE, EMPLEO, SEGURIDAD, EDUCACION, INVERSION PARA ENERGETICOS (PEMEX, CFE, MINERIA,AGRICULTURA, PESCA , ETC.). APOYO REAL AL CAMPO. INVESTIGACION EN TODOS LOS NIVELES EDUCATIVOS.
2.- A la cantidad promediada no tendran acceso a ella mas que a los intereses que genere dicha cantidad asignada a cada habitante, con esto se transformaran las dadivas actuales en capital de trabajo revolvente, evitando con esto la gran carga economica que tiene el Pais con los multiples programas de desarrollo social actual que es dinero irrecuperable.
3.- A todos los profesionistas egresados de escuelas publicas se les empleara automaticamente por los gobiernos federal, estatal y municipal por un periodo no menor de tres años con salarios adecuados a sus especialidades.
4.- Se organizaran programas agricolas a nivel nacional empezando por los municipios y estados para recuperar la produccion de maiz, frijol, algodon, ajonjoli, trigo, caña de azucar, cafe etc..
Asesorados por la SRA o SAGARPA y apoyados por los Ingenieros Agronomos en los campos de cultivo que actualmente estan en la ruina.
5.- Con esto se incrementaran los empleos a nivel nacional, se evitaran huelgas de todo tipo, se recuperaria la seguridad en todos los aspectos.
6.- Con esto tambien se capitazaria al Pais y realmente seriamos dueños de nuestro patrimonio nacional (Petroleo, CFE, Mineria, agricultura,Ganaderia, etc,). Los padres de familia tendran el sufuciente poder adquisitivo para alimentar, vestir y educar a sus hijos adecuadamente y los productores de toda indole podran vender sus productos a precios reales.
7.- A todos los empleados, obreros profesionistas (burocratas y de la iniciativa privada) se les respetaran sus prestaciones actuales sin mezclar el programa unico de desarrollo social.
8.-CONCLUYENDO: Extender a cada habitante una tarjeta de debito con la cual recibiran unicamente los intereses mensuales de la cantidad economicamente asignada, sin tener acceso a la cantidad global e incrementar dicha cantidad anualmente de acuerdo a la cantidad presupestal anual destinada a dicho programa de desarrollo social unico.
9.- Se buscara la manera de penalizar y sancionar a las personas y funcionarios publicos que se les comprueben actos de corrupcion aplicandoles la ley conforme a derecho.
10.- Este plan lo presento como iniciativa nacional, pudiendose complementar adecuadamente y si realmente hay interes por parte de los funcionarios gubernamentales que estan actualmente frente al pueblo mexicano.

 IN THIS PRINCIPLE OF SEXY POLITICAL PERIOD, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE PROMISES OF THE CURRENT PRESIDENT OF THE MEXICAN REPUBLIC OF TOTAL GOVERNMENT TRANSPARENCY AND ALL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES THAT HAVE SIGNED THE COVENANT, I PRESENT THE FOLLOWING:
INTEGRAL PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY (MEXICO)
1.- ELIMINATE ALL SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, (helps the elderly, scholarships to students from primary to professional, single mothers, disabled, pro-field, water subsidy, property tax, gasoline, gas, electricity, free textbooks, unemployment insurance, etc.). The great economic amount destined to all the developments that have taken place and, for having, adding them and unifying them in a single SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, NATIONAL LEVEL, AVERAGE THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC AMOUNT, among all the inhabitants of the Country, over 18 years of age and based on electoral roll (IFE).
With this unique social development program, the main problems the country has will be solved, such as: HUNGER, EMPLOYMENT, SECURITY, EDUCATION, INVESTMENT FOR ENERGETICS (PEMEX, CFE, MINING, AGRICULTURE, FISHERIES, ETC.). REAL SUPPORT TO THE FIELD. RESEARCH ON ALL EDUCATIONAL LEVELS.
2.- The average amount will not have access to it more than the interest generated by the amount assigned to each inhabitant, with this the current gifts will be transformed into revolving working capital, thus avoiding the great economic burden that the country has with the multiple programs of current social development that is unrecoverable money.
3.- All professionals graduated from public schools will be automatically employed by the federal, state and municipal governments for a period of not less than three years with salaries appropriate to their specialties.
4.- National agricultural programs will be organized starting with the municipalities and states to recover the production of corn, beans, cotton, sesame, wheat, sugar cane, coffee etc.
Advised by the SRA or SAGARPA and supported by the Agricultural Engineers in the fields that are currently in ruins.
5.- This will increase jobs nationwide, strikes of all kinds will be avoided, security will be regained in all aspects.
6.- This will also lead the country and we would really own our national heritage (Petroleum, CFE, Mining, agriculture, Livestock, etc,). Parents will have sufficient purchasing power to feed, dress and educate their children properly and producers of all kinds can sell their products at real prices.
7.- All employees, professional workers (bureaucrats and private initiative) will respect their current benefits without mixing the unique social development program.
8.-CONCLUDING: To extend to each inhabitant a debit card with which they will receive only the monthly interests of the economically allocated amount, without having access to the global amount and increasing said amount annually according to the annual budget amount allocated to said program of unique social development.
9.- The way to penalize and punish people and public officials who are proven acts of corruption will be sought by applying the law according to law.
10.- I present this plan as a national initiative, being able to complement it properly and if there really is interest from government officials who are currently facing the Mexican people.
