★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo más de 5 meses esperando una respuesta de un tramite, aparte cierran temprano, un minuto que llegue tarde, ya no me quisieron recibir, creo que no es justo, y las extensiones que dan nunca contestan el teléfono

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció muy pecima .porque elqu personal no sabe orientar .y los trámites los alargan mucho ,hasta tres años por el simple número oficial y alineamiento .porque nada más reciben documentación y que volvamos después para respuestaa y resultados llevo tres años y nada.favor de poner gente capacitada que resuelva los problemas .corran a toda esa gente inepta que se ve que ni la primaria tienen e ido a la tenencia de la tierra y si tengo un error ahí mismo lo resolvemos y no se tardan .corran todos los ineptos de la institución cobran por no hacer nada .
It seemed very bad to me, because the staff does not know how to guide, and the procedures lengthen them a lot, up to three years due to the simple official number and alignment, because they only receive documentation and that we come back later for answers and results, it took three years and nothing. Please to put qualified people who solve the problems. Run away from all those inept people who don't even have primary school and gone to land tenure and if I have a mistake we solve it right there and don't take long. Run all the inept people from the institution charge for doing nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buen, PERO si va uno a realizar un trámite revisen bien los formatos al ser llenados, identificaciones legibles, y algo importante, los pagos no los realicen en kioskos de la tesorería, porque los conceptos no son los correctos, mejor vayan a una Tesorería e indiquen el tramite, eviten que se los rechacen.

Es, certificado único de zonificación de uso de suelo, por que en internet te dan otro formato que no es, y haya tienes que llenar otro te recomiendo que lo lleves llenado y con el comprobante de pago de la tesorería y los documentos solicitados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El llegar al lugar es muy accesible, además de que si se va en auto hay un estacionamiento justo enfrente, lo cual lo hace muy práctico. Hay medidas de sanidad, y los espacios son amplios. En cuestión de servicios son algo cerrados, si algo se te dificulta de inmediato te mandan a la página de Internet o a llenar un formato, fuera de eso lo demás está bien.
