★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron muy amables pero jamás me enviaron la cotización que solicité y aún que me pidieron la ubicación de mi unidad habitacional y se las envié ya después no tuve respuesta alguna, termine contratando el servicio con otra empresa por qué urgía. En resumen, muy amables pero de nada sirve si no quieren vender.
They were very kind but they never sent me the quote I requested and even though they asked me for the location of my housing unit and I sent it to them afterwards I had no response, I ended up hiring the service with another company why was it urgent. In short, very friendly but it is useless if they do not want to sell.

Instalaron varias cámaras, unas alarmas vecinales, un interfono y una alerta sísmica, porque donde vivo las alertas del gobierno nunca funcionan.
El servicio que recibí es muy bueno: tuve la cotización cuando dijeron, la información bien explicada, no hubo «cargos sorpresa», lo que pedí estaba en la cotización y fue exactamente lo que me instalaron, los chavos instaladores bien capacitados y limpios.
Fueron súper pacientes al tratar con todos los vecinos (bien difíciles por cierto) y para asesorarnos.
Several businesses stood me up or did not send the quote, unlike this company.
They installed several cameras, some neighborhood alarms, an intercom and a seismic alert, because where I live the government alerts never work.
The service I received is very good: I had the quote when they said, the information was well explained, there were no "surprise charges", what I asked for was in the quote and it was exactly what they installed me, the well-trained and clean installers.
They were super patient when dealing with all the neighbors (very difficult by the way) and to advise us.
