Personal sin capacitación, no conocen protocolos , con mala imagen, no cumplen con lo esperado de un guardia, ni física, ni en atención al cliente, en poco mas de un mes los hemos captado dormidos, con la pluma en la noche y día abierta, y ellos jugando en celular, seguido abandonan el servicio y nos han dejado varias veces , con un solo elemento pero te cobran los dos sin darte el servicio,y los guardias cuando les preguntas te mienten intentando cubrir que no esta el otro guardia, No atienden reportes o incidentes, carísimo el servicio para lo que ofrecen, pagamos $60,000 pesos por abre puertas deficientes, sus empleados reportan en esta pagina que no tienen IMSS, y algunos empleados tienen una actitud grosera, prepotente y agresiva ahora se sienten tránsitos, queriendo multar los que les pagamos en el Residencial , solo eso nos faltaba, "DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO ESTA COMPAÑIA" , NO NOS SENTIMOS SEGUROS con su compañía, dista mucho de lo que dicen ofrecer , ojala y el comentario sirva para que corrijan sus fallas o no deberían de ofrecer un servicio que no están capacitados para dar. ahora si pueden activar sus bots o comentarios positivos para ocultar la realidad, agradezcan que alguien les diga esto y cambien para mejorar AWFUL SERVICE, the truth is that after putting my opinion of the poor service they provide, they will activate their bots or manually put several positive comments to try to minimize the reality that they do not have good service and much less are high profile.
