★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que deben capacitar mejor a su personal. Son quienes están n en contacto inmediato con la gente que visita ciertos lugares y el trato que tienen es muy malo. Caso específico en Aguakan Cancún gran plaza, es el mismo guardia desde hace tiempo y es una persona muy grosera con todas las personas. No se presta ni al diálogo.
I think they should better train their staff. They are those who are in immediate contact with the people who visit certain places and the treatment they have is very bad. Specific case in Aguakan Cancún great square, is the same guard for a long time and is a very rude person with all the people. It does not lend itself to dialogue.
