★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, de verdad de lo peor, los baños sucios, los trabajadores no te dan la información correcta y no te explican con detalles lo que se necesita, me hicieron hacer miles de vueltas para no poder darme liberación de mi coche.
 Terrible service, really the worst, dirty bathrooms, workers do not give you the correct information and do not explain in detail what is needed, they made me do thousands of laps to not be able to release my car.

Si quieren sobornar a los empleados es muy sencillo, ellos mismos te lo preguntan, si quieren pasar sin exámenes son 1,000 pesos en efectivo, no se preocupen por qué los vean o les vayan a decir algo, se paga en cajas, y si lo quieren pasar como debe ser, como fue mi caso tardan de 3 a 4 veces más que aquellos que sobornaron a los empleados.
It took approx 3 hours 30 minutes to process my license for the first time (without taking a bite)
If they want to bribe the employees it's very simple, they ask you themselves, if they want to pass without exams it's 1,000 pesos in cash, don't worry about being seen or told something, you pay in boxes, and if they want it pass as it should be, as was my case, they take 3 to 4 times longer than those who bribed the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trato y buena orientación. Aunque deberían de tener alguna página donde especifiquen bien los papeles que se necesitan para cada trámite en lugar de hacer dar dos vueltas. Se aceptan pago con tarjeta en algunos trámites, comoquiera llevar efectivo. O acude al cajero Afirme dentro del edificio.
Good treatment and good orientation. Although they should have a page where they clearly specify the papers that are needed for each procedure instead of going around twice. Card payment is accepted in some procedures, however you want to carry cash. Or go to the Affirm cashier inside the building.
