Se les compraron 2 alarmas vecinales y nos vendieron que se podrían activar las 2 sirenas con un solo control y ya instaladas y pagado, resultó que no fue así, quedaron divididos... Y ahora no dan la cara para arreglarlo. Muy mal. Pedimos hoy un control más y que nos reprogramen otro que no se programó en su momento porque la dueña estaba fuera de la ciudad, y resulta que Michel, la chava q contesta, muy poco atenta y quiere cobrarnos, 280 de la programada, 320 del control nuevo y 150 de la visita. Eso es un ROBO, cuando se compraron las alarmas nos vendieron un servicio totalmente distanto. Espero y el dueño lo pueda resolver. Gracias PLEASE READ ALL THE COMMENT. Así que de seguridad (que es supuestamente lo que contratamos ) no tenemos nada. El equipo desde un inicio mal instalado. Nada funcional! No se podía ni cerrar las ventanas. Tuvimos que comprar las cintas en home depot que son las que ellos usan y pegar los sensores correctamente. Terrible service. Little seriousness. ?NOT RECOMMENDING IT ? 10 days have passed and they still do not call to "AGENDAROS" to check the equipment that is failing. s	samantha villalobos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio los contraté para que me instalaran las cámaras y me duran funcionando 3 meses máximo les vuelvo a marcar y hasta por venir cobran (aunq este en tiempo de garantía) esta última vez me duro 1 mes funcionando las cámaras van 15 días buscándolos 3 citas q me programan y no se presentan ya de plano ni los mensajes me contestan.
