★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me solicitaron un adelanto para ya no mostrar el departamento, por cuestiones de tiempo con el esposo del aval no pudimos continuar con el trámite ya que la dueña requería de su presencia forzosamente sin permitirnos recabar la firma otro día por lo que decidimos parar el trámite ya que la dueña estaba muy exigente y nos presionaban diciendo que ya tenían a alguien más que les pagaría 6 meses por adelantado. Solicitamos nuestro adelanto y nos lo negaron. Por supuesta pérdida de tiempo; sin embargo la póliza y el contrato aún no se habían generado ni terminado. Jamás nos enviaron el contrato para verlo antes y siempre ponían a la dueña como la más importante, siendo esto un negocio creo que no debe de ser así ya que ellos son los interesados en que nosotros rentemos o compremos.
Y la representante Karla Toledo simplemente se lavó las manos, diciendo que no escuché bien.
Yo ofrecí que tomaran el 30% de lo que se les dio por su supuesto tiempo perdido.
 I was asked for an advance to no longer show the department, for reasons of time with the husband of the guarantee we could not continue with the procedure since the owner required her presence necessarily without allowing us to obtain the signature another day so we decided to stop the process already that the owner was very demanding and pressured us saying that they already had someone else who would pay them 6 months in advance. And the representative Karla Toledo simply washed her hands, saying I didn't listen well.
I offered to take 30% of what they were given for their supposed wasted time.
