★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención tanto por correo, llamada y personal. Te dicen una cosa y hacen otra. Cuando se te vence tu póliza en lugar de renovarla en automático te la cancelan sin comentarte nada y tienes que volver a cotizar para que te hagan el favor.
Terrible attention both by mail, call and personal. They tell you one thing and do another. When your policy expires, instead of automatically renewing it, they cancel it without commenting on anything and you have to quote again to be done the favor.

contéstenme. Por teléfono me hacen esperar, me cuelgan. Compre seguro de auto, tengo de darlo de baja porque ya no tengo el auto, y me siguen cobrando, por que nadie me hace caso para cancelar mi póliza.
Me mandan con la Srita. María Tejeda, la cual es la hora que no doy con ella en 2 números telefónicos que me dieron. Y que si no es con esa persona no se puede. COMO ES POSIBLE.
