El día de ayer me enviaron la cotización del PLAN ESENCIAL, el cual pagué con tarjeta de débito (BANCO CIUDAD - EN PESOS ARGENTINOS) y la página web me arrojó un error, sin enviarme NI LA PÓLIZA DE VIAJE, NI COMPROBANTE DE PAGO ALGUNO. Fui al banco y me indicaron que si el dinero no había salido de la cuenta, se me generaría el día de hoy la devolución del dinero directo a la cuenta de origen de donde fue debitado el dinero. Pero, que si el dinero si había salido de la cuenta, se vería reflejado en mis últimos movimientos con fecha y concepto. Adjunto PDF.
Ante esta instancia, ya son uds. quienes deben generar el reclamo al banco para que me devuelvan el dinero. Esto, ya fue corroborado con la entidad bancaria.
Exijo la devolución de mi dinero lo antes posible para poder pagar otro servicio que SI responda a sus clientes de forma óptima.
Quedo a la espera de su pronta respuesta,

El servicio pesimo con respecto al 2021, cambio de personal, 0 contacto cuando tienes alguna emergencia no contestan y uno tiene que pagar todos los gastos
