Ahora voy a buscar un internet para que me hagan el favor de escanear y enviar los documentos ( es qué las nuevas tecnologías no me quieren ) pero eso sí fueron muy amables . Posdata . No se vayan con la finta de que es donde está el banco NOOO , ES EN LA CALLE VALLARTA , buena suerte

Y hace unos días le pegaron a mi coche, solicite un pago programado a la aseguradora AFIRME le pago la otra aseguradora en el lugar del siniestro y a mi es la fecha que no me han pagado, ni responden correos ni llamadas, lo más conveniente será meter una queja ante la CONDUCEF, no les recomiendo que contraten ese seguro, yo solo porque pague el año pero gracias a Dios se termina en diciembre y cambiare de aseguradora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca nunca lo contraten, el choque fue a las 10 pm, se llamó al seguro a las 10:15 pm, el ajustador llego a la 1 am, y sorpresa que no puede llamar una ambulancia que la aseguradora no proporciona ambulancia, dieron un pase médico para una persona con la pierna partida y la otra con lesiones en la columna!! Nos debemos trasportar por nuestros propios medios!!! Tomen nota el choque fue en la CDMx y nos dieron pase al hospital regional de Ixtapaluca es el único hospital que atiende, así que toca viaje con la pierna partida y la lesionada de la columna en taxi!!! Son una basura y los ajustadores están entrenados para evadir responsabilidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pecimo servicio no contestan teléfonos , me dieron una hoja de pago de daños hasta la fecha sigo esperando, no contestan correos, y de los teléfonos no se diga, ya me desgaste de tantas llamadas y mensajes par ver el estatus del pago y ninguna respuesta, lo peor de lo peor de los peor de los seguros... Ya no se si valga la pena demandar o dar como perdido mi vehículo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues a mi manera de pensar y por lo que me está pasando en la situación de un percance de mi vehículo, en donde hasta la fecha no me han resuelto lo de un golpe desde el 15 de noviembre del 2021; donde me quieren pagar lo que ellos dicen y quieren nada más.
La verdad no lo recomiendo, incluso si no me resuelven está situación la semana que viene demandó. Así que por favor antes de asegurar su carro pidan opiniones o sugerencias de las aseguradoras.
