★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de seguros de vida entre otros, presenta nulo profesionalismo, en el servicio de la gama magistral, las oficinas en Puebla dejaron de ofrecer apoyo a los usuarios. Así que los trámites son vía telefónica, en donde solo responde la recepcionista y al transferir las llamadas a las extensiones responsables, jamás responden.
No es recomendable contratar una póliza con esta empresa.
