He tenido 3 siniestros, y tardan más de 10 días hábiles en responder a tus solicitudes. No responde los correos ni llamadas, y aunque son una oficina de la aseguradora, solo porque mi póliza la compre en leon y no con ellos no me atienen.
Tengan cuidado, no contraten aquí su póliza de seguros.
He tenido que llevar mis casos a la oficina de León y al día siguiente máximo 3 me responden y pagan los reembolsos, aquí en Colima ni te atienden ni responden ni te pagan.
