Quise hablar con algún encargado para hablar sobre lo sucedido y me citaron la semana siguiente, a la cual no llegaron a la cita, me tuvieron esperando hora y media sin siquiera avisarme que no iban a poder atenderme, la verdad, viendo la capacitación del ajustador y el personal de la agencia, puedo dar por seguro que es de lo peor y que consideren bien antes de escogerla como aseguradora, hay bastantes en la zona de Puerto Vallarta, que ofrecen una mejor atención y servicio.
