Ah pero qué tal para venderte sus porquerías de servicios, ahí si llaman diario y se ponen de tapete. Mal en tiempo de respuesta, mal en servicio, en atención a clientes, en verdad no sé cómo subsisten si con esas malas atenciones es para que ya no tuvieran un solo cliente. Pero como nada es para siempre me alegro de que cada vez exista más oferta en cuanto a compañías de seguro que si se manejan con ética y profesionalismo. Oh but how about selling you their crap services, there if they call daily and put on the table. A	Aura Pedraza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero al abrir mi cuenta con Banorte, me obligaron a contratar este servicio (seguros Banorte) me hicieron un cobro extra pero me dijeron que me iban a regresar mi dinero si cancelaba antes del 11 de enero y así lo hice, no me regresaron ningún dinero, llame para hacer el reclamo y me explican que la llamada era para que no se me hiciera ningún cobro extra, entonces resulta que la llamada no era para que me regresarán mi dinero si no para cobrarme más, el seguro cuando necesite que me respondieran no lo hicieron o sea de por sí no sirvió el seguro, y luego resulta que te obligan a tenerlo, si su servicio es tan bueno como dicen los clientes deberían llegar por sí mismos no obligarlos a adquirirlo, de verdad que horror no lo recomiendo First, when I opened my account with Banorte, they forced me to hire this service (Banorte insurance) they made me an extra charge but they told me that they would return my money if I canceled before January 11 and I did so, they did not return any money , I called to make the claim and they explained to me that the call was so that no extra charge would be made, then it turns out that the call was not so that they will return my money but to charge me more, the insurance when I need to be answered no They did it or the insurance did not work in itself, and then it turns out that they force you to have it, if their service is as good as customers say, they should come by themselves, not force them to buy it, I really don't recommend it.

V	VERONICA MALDONADO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de seguridad súper amable al igual que el único Licenciado que me pudo atender, pésimo es que se escuden en el "home office" para que no haya nadie que atienda dudas de manera presencial, mandando al call-center donde es un cuento de nunca acabar ya que o no contestan o se echan la bolita con otras áreas. E	Experiencia 01 Puebla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El accidente no fue mi culpa y le sacaron dinero a la otra persona para pagar el daño. Te mandan a talleres que te hacen un trabajo de basura. No solo no arreglaron bien el choque, sino cuando me quejé la persona de Banorte dije que estaba perfectamente bien. El taller por fin reconoció que estaba mal hecho el trabajo y dijeron que lo iban a repetir. Brisaron de pintura todo el coche y he tenido que llevar el coche a que me quiten la brisada de pintura que le pusieron a todo el coche. Lo único que le importa a Banorte es cobrarte el seguro cada mes o año. El servicio es TERRIBLE. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO. The accident was not my fault and they took money from the other person to pay for the damage. They send you to workshops that do garbage work for you. Not only did they not fix the crash properly, but when I complained, the person from Banorte said that it was perfectly fine. The workshop finally recognized that the work was poorly done and said they were going to repeat it. They sprayed paint all over the car and I had to take the car to have the spray paint removed from the whole car. The only thing that matters to Banorte is to collect the insurance every month or year. The service is AWFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
