2 hrs en espera asi como lo escribo 2 HORAS para hacer un reporte de colision malisimo deberia de ser su principal atencion
Pero ya cuando llego el ajustador a mi casa por que al choque nunca fueron al menos fui bien atendido.
Creanme si ban a contratar un seguro valoren bien el servicio telefonico por que en un accidente es eficaz la rapides
I don't give it 5 stars just because the phone service is worse than terrible.
