Y dure 3 horas esperando que enviaran a otra persona para cambiar una llanta. Bad service, they sent a roadside aid person who did not know how to change a tire ... Llegaba más personal sin cubrebocas y se saludaban de beso y abrazo.., en cuanto al trato me decían que me habían indicado vía mail o whatts unas modificaciones a las cuales yo les dije que nunca me habían dicho, y les dije que me mostrarán los msgs, y efectivamente no los encontraron y tuve que modificar en ese mismo momento mis documentos que ya me habían an autorizado. Llevo meses (4), esperando una respuesta y solo me dicen, disculpe, ahora si, de 24 a 48 horas le llamaran y daran una respuesta. Asi ya pasaron 4 meses....!
