★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelé por teléfono un seguro que nunca les solicité y que se cobraron a lo chino a través de mi nómina, me dieron folio de cancelación, pero al ver que los días pasaban y no me regresaban el dinero que a la mala se tomaron de mi cuenta de nómina (eso es robar, no?) llamé sólo para que me salieran con el cuento de que se había levantado mal la orden de cancelación y que tenían que levantar oootra orden de cancelación y que ya más adelante veían si me regresaban el dinero, o sea nomás dando largas. ¿Qué les parecen estos rateros?? Ya estoy viendo como levantar mi denuncia ante la CONDUSEF.
 I canceled by phone an insurance that I never requested and that was charged in Chinese through my payroll, they gave me cancellation folio, but when they saw that the days passed and they did not return the money that they took from my account the wrong way payroll (that's stealing, right?) I called only to get the story that the cancellation order had been raised wrong and that they had to raise another cancellation order and that later they would see if they would return the money to me, in other words, just stalling. What do you think of these thieves? I am already seeing how to file my complaint with the CONDUSEF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, no se hacen responsables de los siniestros, solo te atienden por correo y no te resuelven nada, tampoco tienen taller de reparación, solo te hacen pago de daños en efectivo y te quieren dar una baba. Aparte el pago se tarda meses. ???
Horrible, they are not responsible for the claims, they only serve you by mail and they do not solve anything for you, they do not have a repair shop, they only pay you cash damages and they want to give you a slobber. Besides, the payment takes months. ???
